We stayed at the Caribe for our honeymoon and were blown away by the friendliness and professionalism of the service staff and the expertise of the grounds crew. The beach was gorgeous, the pools were relaxing, the specialty dinners were delicious, and the nightly entertainment was so much fun! My third time staying at a Barcelo resort my first time in Puerto Vallarta and the two times here Tropical and Caribe. Everything like alway very nice. This time we checked in premium not to happy with the check in process the staff who help us check in very low spoken had trouble understanding what she was saying and not too friendly. Not the best experience! At the hotel lobby area staff is more welcome and friendly. Other than that we always enjoy our stay at Barcelo.
