Es el peor hotel al que hemos ido en Puerto Morelos, no contaba con agua caliente, toallas rotas, no contaba con fundas limpias para las almohadas y mucho que desear con la limpieza de la habitación, además no fui informada de que no había televisión ya no digamos una pantalla plana, nunca volveremos a esa porquería

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal men hotellet är väldigt slitet och nergånget. Verkar inte ha underhållits dom sista 7-8 åren. Finns Micro, kylskåp och tv på rummet. Hade önskat en vattenkokare. Ostädad gemensamhetsutrymme, poolen ostädad. 1 min gångavstånd till stranden och restauranggata. Skulle inte bo där igen.

It was a bed and a shower for us for one night, and it succeeded in both. The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable. No big bugs, but a few mosquitoes and other small flying bugs made their way in. Lauro's is across the street and it's a great live music venue, but the music is very loud until after midnight. It was worth the price we paid, but I am glad we didn't need more than 1 night there. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
