The tents are really nice and fully equipped. The view is spectacular. We were waiting in the parking lot 40min for the single staff member to come up with papers, under the rain and with 4 kids. We called him three times to ask for service and after the second call he just stopped answering our call.
The bathroom outside the tents is a but far for the middle of the night with children.
The full bathrooms are far away.
Your staff member told us on the phone when he confirmed our reservation that it was a 5-star hotel. That gave us different expectations, he shouldn’t say that.
