Wasted opportunity for a good hotel.
Location not so bad. Executive apartment rather good. The real problem is the mattress on the main bed. It is still covered in plastic foil making it very squeaky, slippery and uncomfortable. We asked at the reception to look into it but nothing happened.

Hotel rooms from floors 4 to 9. Reception desk at 11th. floor. Staff was very nice and helpful. Electric outlets were not conveniently installed. No bed sheets!!!

We had a good 5 days of stay. It is located at the city center so it’s easy to roam around. I enjoyed walking around the hotel vicinity too. So far it was a lovely experience. They keep our room maintained too by changing the beddings, towels, etc.

I booked my stay through Expedia. The room was inaccurately described; there's nowhere in the description that indicated that the room had do windows. I had to pay additional fee for a room with a window. This hotel is listed as a 3.5 star and I'd stay it's a 2 star at best. What 3.5 star hotel requires you to leave a cash deposit or your passport as a deposit. You enter through the garage to get on the elevator to the 11th floor where the "front desk" is. Stay away from this hotel!

The staff (especially receptionist Oanh) were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable! Felt very safe which is extra appreciated as a solo traveller. The room with city view was perfect for my needs, enough room for a king bed, cupboards, desk and ensuite bathroom with good sunlight. Curtains aren’t blockout but that didn’t effect me. Glad my room was facing the alleyways as I had no troubles with loud sounds. Enjoyed my stay here and would come back.
