Property is quite dated but everything is well maintained. Located nicely in district 1 and getting a cab/ grab is never really a problem. No mentioned of expedia VIP benefits when checking in but staff offered lounge access the next day to make up for the oversight which was nice. Breakfast buffet were nice with plenty of local and korean options. Requested for late check out on my last day was quickly granted without any hassle. Overall a pleasant stay and I do recommend it. Thank you!

Overall, the hotel is nice and the staff are nice. The hotel faces the river and has a good view. However, because it is on the river side, you have to walk about 5-10min to find places for lunch and dinner, as there is almost nothing next the hotel. We were there at the end of June and found walking during the day was not very pleasant...

The hotel is clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. I had a breakfast buffet and it tastes really good. Only a thing which was unfortunate was that the swimming pool was under construction.

Great 5* hotel
Fabulous hotel, very centrally located (walking distance) to major attractions. Super fast check-in/out. Excellent food choices/restaurants. The best buffet breakfast of entire Vietnam trip. Room very spacious with views (request upper floors). Unfortunately pool was under renovation which I was not aware of when booking but I'm sure will be fabulous when complete. Would definitely recommend.
