The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. The apartment was super clean and quiet. I think the thick walls blocked out any city noise. The location was great and close to bus and tram stops. We really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely staff and efficient check-in. The walk 200m or so down the road to another building was unexpected, though fine for us (maybe not if it was raining or if we had any mobility issues). Our room was on street level and felt like we were essentially on the street - very noisy when people walked past.

The property was clean. Our unit was next to the lobby and the front bedroom was so incredibly loud. Comfy bed and nice accomodation otherwise. Disappointing that after communicating a week ahead that there was a tragic death and only 2 of us could actually come rather than 5, they wouldn’t budge on a refund so it was way more space than what we needed.

Premier Suites was amazing for our family travel. We were able to catch up on some laundry, rest, and enjoy Edinburgh by day. Its clean and spacious and had all the amenities needed- with some extras we weren't expecting like complimentary snacks in our room when we arrived. Also, Sofia's Lebanese restaurant around the corner from the suites was amazing.

Great roomy apartment with 2 tvs and everything you need for a couple days. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and Nespresso coffee maker. A bit noisy as it's on the street and we were on the bottom floor, plus we were in a different building and had to walk down the street to the parking lot. Several good restaurants nearby.
