Incredible hotel in the heart of it all! Hospitality at its best. People at every turn to offer help, answer questions and help with luggage. Great amenities such as breakfast, restaurants in hotel, beautiful fitness center and immaculate clean hallways and rooms. The complimentary water and coffee were appreciated as were the local Scottish treats available to buy in the mini bar. Being located on Victoria Street was dreamy. Best air conditioning we had on our trip. The location is perfect. The rooftop terrace is very nice and we enjoyed the great views each night. Would highly recommend this hotel. The restaurant service was very bad however. I know they like to let people linger and enjoy but that normally comes after the meal not before you order.

The location is convenient, although its centralness meant it was loud and touristy. We checked in late at night and the doors were locked, we had to wait for quite a bit until someone showed up. The hotel staff offered valet parking but they left my car on the curb past the bylaw hours, and I got a parking ticket as result. I was offered nothing in compensation. The rooms themselves are amazing, amenities are modern and everything's clean and nice.
