Modern, well-thought out hotel!
Very quiet due to sound-proofing from outside noise which is super implant because hotel is on landing path for air-lanes coming into O’hare Airport. European heat/ac system that is quiet and efficient. Comfortable bedding and nice linens. Modern glass-shower bath. Very nice surprise!

I like La Quintas but..
This one has so much noise with the freeway and the allstate arena patrons, got a horrible nights rest from all the noise. Also, the rooms are ventilated so poorly. Too hot and stuffy constantly. Staff was very helpful.

Nice enough but…
Hotel was nice. Loved the location for the concert. Only thing I didn’t like was not being able to check in early without paying extra. Our room was ready and no one had to do anything extra to allow us to check in early but still wanted us to pay the early check in fee. I understand that’s the policy but almost all other hotels let us check in early without paying the fee. And they do it happily! Makes it easier for them at check in time.
