8/10 Very good

My short stay was wonderful, however, i would have liked to have been able to change my scheduled visit when I found out my flight was delayed. I did call in, but wasn't able to. There should be an option to reschedule.

Hotel concierge broke my carry on
The concierge broke one of the wheels of my carry on, they called me and offer to send to repair but I stayed only one night so I can't leave my carry and wait 5-7 days also I didn't have time to buy another one in town. I know accidents happen but it was an inconvenience.
