I’ll pass on this place next time.
The largest issue we had with this place was that they didn’t have our room ready for 2 hours after the check in time. We did not get our room until 6:00pm. Then they did hardly anything to remedy the situation, they upgraded our room to something I didn’t really want. Our phone, in the room, was broken and it took 20 minutes to get a hold of someone at the front desk. What if there was an emergency?!? The room was also dirty, the floors were not cleaned, we had no towels and there were cobwebs on the lamps. Also the blinds were broken and yoi could hear everything through the walls, I did not see a single staff member the entire time during my stay after initial check in. The swimming pool was crowded, people were climbing the waterfall and jumping off and running all around, seemed really unsafe.
Although my family and I had a decent time I would never stay here again. They must be extremely short staffed or have all together stop caring. Poor service
