Not staying here again
The room had a smell that could not be describe. I paid for early check in, when i arrived they said that they informed via message that wasn’t approved, never got the message, which could have helped me to make another plan, my credit card had the charged though. Leaving me in quite a pickle since i traveled early in the morning, planning to get my room early. But didnt happen. At the entrance the guard asked me for ID AND TOOK a photo of my passport, this felt quite weird, afterwards at the check ask for a copy of my passport again. The hotel doesnt have an elevator so if you get a second floor room get ready to carry your luggage. I came back to the hotel around 8 pm and guess what? The person at the front desk asked me again for my ID so he can have a copy. Didnt enjoy my stay thank god was for only one night. That night was a cold one they dont have a heater in the room. So prepare yourself.

Don’t be fooled
Terrible experience. Hotels.com has to do something about the guest ratings. This hotel cannot be a 9.2-9.4 like Pug Seal. There is a massive difference between the two. Our room smelled terrible. My husband couldn’t sleep, he opened the window and it opened to the inside court which has a bright red chandelier and we couldn’t sleep with the red light. The bed linens and towels were very old. They didn’t have umbrellas and it was raining a lot.
