Room was great. Lobby is loud. Billing was a mess - in spite of giving them the credit card and being assured they would bill that one, they billed one "on file" from a previous visit. Sloppy and risky that they have my CC on file that way. Very frustrating.

Fairly comfortable stay
Comfortable stay. Just found the room a bit dated, especially the bathroom. Also found it looked quite different from the pictures online when selecting the room. But overall it was still comfortable. Unfortunately both the tvs in the room were not casting from my phone. Someone came up to look at it and tried as well but said that some tvs at the hotel are older and don't always work when casting.

New years getaway with family
Stayed here many times and each stay seems to get better all the time. Check in was fast and friendly! ( exceptional service). Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Lobby restaurant was great ( get the candied bacon appetizer). Location was fantastic.

Amazing Views, Great Room Quality, Slow Check In
The stay was amazing. They did make us wait 45 minutes to do Maintenece in the room prior to letting us go upstairs. The check in counter was also a little slow and I believe it was because there was so many people. I was on the 47th floor with my girlfriend and it was one of the best experiences with the view!
