Nice place but mainetenance issues
Loved the space this 3 bedroom/3 bathroom accommodation afforded our family of 6. When we arrived we were advised that the 2 bedroom portion was not available yet due to a repair. We were not advised what the repair was.
Once we had access to the space, we found that the toilet in the master bathroom would not flush. We contacted the desk, and they sent maintenance, who, after working on it with an auger and damaging the toilet, indicated it was fixed. When we returned from dinner, we found that the toilet still was not working. We call the desk again, and a different maintenance man came, again with an auger, and he could not get it fixed. He said he would come back the next morning at 9am. At 9:45 when no one had arrived, we again called the desk and acted like they had no idea what we were talking about.
A 3rd maintenance man came, again with an auger, and we told him that the 2nd guy had said they had to pull the toilet. They ended up having to totally replace the toilet. The repair/replacement left a lot of debris on the floor. We were told it was going to be cleaned up. It was not. The next day we called the desk, and they sent the ckeaning crew.
There is no maid service apparently unless requested. The 2 bedroom suite had a full kitchen. The 1 bedroom had a kitchenette. There was a nice sitting area and dining table. Bathrooms are spacious.
The resort is centrally located.
We would definitely stay again but hopefully with no maintenance issues.
