Nice hotel, except the service was lacking, seemed understaffed. Our room was not cleaned on of the days even though we asked for it twice. Over all the hotel was in great condition and we liked our (excecutive size) room.

Room was excellent, very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Good location and wonderfully designed hotel. The only downside was that the restaurant and bar were rented out to outside parties while we were there which didn't allow us to use it. This is part of why we booked the hotel so we were disappointed that they didn't still provide service to the hotel guests, who paid a lot to be there. It seems like there is a way to host private events while not reducing your service to hotel guests.
