Terrible and not clean. Overpriced for nothing.
Not the greatest. Took me 3 hours to check in. FD says there Apple Pay wasn’t having issues. My bank says there systems were good and the hotel may be having issues.
Anyways, the room has no silverware, no cups, no napkins, no plates, no soap for the sink, no nothing. The cooktop was so old and rusted and brown it looks like it was never deep cleaned properly. The A.c in the room doesn’t stay on for long. Turns on and off after 5 minutes. The free breakfast in the morning was decent, coffee and some pre-packaged pastries along with 1 kind of fruit and oatmeal. Nothing fancy but it was something and I enjoyed it! The bad thing about this hotel is the HIGH INCIDENTAL FEE THEY TAKE. They require $100 a night incidentals and it’s a really old cheap out dated motel. Other hotels that are much nicer (Marriott brands) that are more luxury only ask from $20-$50 incidentals. Also, the room smelled like if someone had cooked fish in it. Strong odor of fried food and didn’t have a pleasant smell. The front desk agent wasn’t friendly either, I wasn’t greeted by my name upon check in. No complimentry items. Was given dirty forks, I had no soap to use to even clean the forks. I asked for To-Go silverware and was told they don’t use those. Overall a terrible experience and I’d never go back.
