1. Incomplete Room Service During my stay, I repeatedly tried to contact the service team but was unable to get the assistance I needed, which severely impacted my normal accommodation needs. 2. No Staff On Duty After Midnight When I tried to contact the front desk at midnight, I found no staff on duty. This is completely inconsistent with the basic service standards of an international hotel and greatly affected our sense of security and travel arrangements. 3. Unclear Ice Machine Signage While looking for the ice machine, I had to search through multiple buildings due to unclear signage, which was both time-consuming and inconvenient. 4. Rude Behavior by Room Service Staff On January 6th, after lodging a complaint, the staff delivering items had a very poor attitude. They banged on the door forcefully and tossed the items at me, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of your standard. 5. Dismissive Attitude of the Duty Manager When I raised these issues, the duty manager responded dismissively by merely arranging a “full room cleaning” without addressing my complaints substantively.

Ceiling Fan in master bedroom has built in Light, but no way to keep control of it. The Light came on by itself 4 times our first night from 2:00 am to 4:00 am. Maintenance said other rooms might be controlling with their remote because its on the same frequency!!.

Needs work
When we got there for check in at 4:30 we couldn’t check in until almost 5:45 because of how unorganized the staff was. We then had to wait until 6:20 to get our room because they were still cleaning it and then gave us a room we weren’t expecting. Our front door wouldn’t unlock at first but didn’t have issues after that, however the door didn’t want to close without basically slamming it. We also ordered pizza at the shop onsite at 7:06pm online, got there at 7:24 when it was supposed to be ready at 7:26 and it was not ready until 8:06. We really like this hotel and have stayed in the past but this did not leave a good taste in our mouth.

They used my bank card information without my auth
They used my bank card information without my authorization and debited money that they don't even know what it's from. I called them and wasted my time talking to them for hours because they couldn't tell me what the money was from. They told me they would get in touch with me and they never did. I waited a few days and filed a complaint with my bank. I don't recommend Jotel because of the lack of seriousness in resolving this type of problem, which when not resolved after being informed, becomes scams and frauds in addition to the theft of personal information to use for their benefit.

Terrible place, unclean, bad customer service
Pretty torn up and outdated property. Terrible experience during checkin and stay. Assigned incorrect room- single queen room instead of 2 bedroom king suite and informed me that it happened due a system glitch. The second room assigned was also wrong one in the sixth floor and the elevator for the building was not working. The room were smelling very bad and they mentioned to me that they were sold out so they assigned me a room left empty which was under maintenance . You can see unclean pool and debris from the hallway. Left us wandering until 3 am. Staff behavior was also rudeTalked to the manager in the morning and left the prior . The manager was kind enough to offer a full refund after listening to the issue. Not sure how it’s marketed as Holiday Inn resorts 7+ rating

They charged me an amount of money without authorization. I contacted them and I am still waiting for a response. I do not recommend this place because of the lack of seriousness in matters like this that border on fraud. Or they are.
