*Rooms were very comfortable and clean. *Girl at cstomer service desk was very friendly. *Our sink was draining slow we mentioned it to housekeeping and she called maintenance and they cleared the drain by the time we were back from lunch.

Overall not a bad stay for the price. Room was spacious but could use some updating. Big negative was tiny bathroom. It was nice to stay in old downtown instead of the strip. Being next to Fremont Experience was cool.

Worked for one night
Just one night so it was goid. I dudn't yse the pool or any restaurants. Location to Fremont street was perfect. I was put in the tower that has not been updated so decor was quite dated but it was clean.

Best bang for the buck!
I like to rate hotels how i expect them to be. This hotel went above my expectations. Check-in was easy and quick. The food I had was delicious. The drinks I had were made well. The band at Sand Dollar was great. The bed was super comfy, not too hard, not too soft. It was easy to get a taxi or uber. Didn't use the pool, pickle ball courts or the parking. I would definitely stay here again. Especially for the price. Great job Plaza!
