South strip. Nice hotel. Enjoyed my stay. Many amenities. Housekeeping was nice. Stores are super expensive. Bars and bartenders were nice and plenty of space. Two major negatives: no microwave and no mini fridge. That hinders a lot of good options and child drinks in the desert is imperative, so not having a fridge isn't ideal.

Booked a 1 bedroom deluxe room and it was really spacious, huge bathroom, fridge and Nespresso machine, WOW! However, the floor wasn't vacuumed well before we checked in. Its also very difficult to communicate with the hotel if you need anything. A better way to contact them would make a huge difference.

One of best location to access to Allegiant stadium. Easy access to the main part of the Strip. Cafe is decent after concert. It’s bit noisy in the room because of bathroom/.shower, even from another rooms. Also noise from hallway. Can’t open the curtains due to the nature of “pyramid shape”, sunlight is quite strong even through the window and its angle. No fridge/ coffee maker in the room, only ice machine vending machine near elevator.

Hotel was clean no funny smells which is a plus unlike Circus Circus 😂 The staff was very helpful in guiding us throughout our stay. The casino was entertaining. The room was great, and the front desk staff was extremely helpful. My issue was that the Luxor says it's dog-friendly, and they have a web page that says they have a dog area that has waste bag dispensers and is shaded. It is not shaded, and there are no waste bag dispensers. It is an AstroTurf area with a few benches. Bring your own bags and your own water.

Check-in was not a good experience. My family and I stay here once a year. This year, I think they are trying to go digital, but it caused more problems for so many people. After a day of traveling, standing in multiple lines was not what I needed. I tried checking in on the MGM app but it wouldn't recognize my documents. Others in line said as much. Once I received face-to-face staff, it was amazing. My representative was nice, fast and friendly!
