Clean, comfortable and friendly staff.
Rooms and common areas were very clean. Hotel front desk staff were very kind and very helpful directing us to shops, restaurants and tourist spots. Complimentary breakfast was very good with many different food choices.

Nice and comfy weekday get away
This was surprizingly nice hotel, front desk person was really helpfull. I booked a Thursday and was going to stay an extra night but the weekend rate was terrible at 3 times the price. for Friday, Sat, Sun. I understand weekend rates but that was really exagerated. Lesson learned :) Overall the the breakfast an accomadations were really nice. I would recommend, just not on the weekends.

Overall, I thought everything was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean, loved the cedarwood and rosemary body wash, I had a view of mirror lake (across the street) from my room, location was excellent. I'd stay here again without any qualms. The only couple small niggles that I wanted to mention... 1) Even though I was by myself, I was in a room with a loft (so room for 4-6 people), but there was only a single chair to sit on, and no desk/table at all - even though there was plenty of space. Seemed strange. 2) The fridge and the cubby the fridge was in had certainly seen better days, and the fridge compressor was on the loud side. But overall, 4.5 stars from me.
