Hotel mgmt was aware of 9am-5pm electricity shutoff on the entire property at noon the day before, and only informed guests at 7:40pm the eve before. All planned video/audio calls had to be cancelled due to wifi not working.

We are staying here for a mini getaway with my wife and our 4 month old in the middle of December. Everybody has been so exceptionally nice and the spa is great. Also just had a 60 minute massage with Jillian and she was fantastic and I feel amazing right now ! Will be back for sure!
