The room door was not secure. However the bathroom door did not open from the inside! My daughter was trapped until I was able to open the door from the outside. The carpeting was stained all over. This place would be great if no smoking in room i asked for non smoking and got a nasty smelling room. I worked late and had to come to a room that smelled awful of cigarettes..condsider not allowing people to smoke on the rooms..

Not good but not terrible, get what you pay for
Not great but not horrible. For the price you pay it’s alright. The towels in our room when we got there were dirty but the bed was very clean and comfortable. Also frustrated when our room key stopped working and had to wait almost 20 minutes in the lobby for someone to come back. We also tried calling the hotel and no answer (this was at 7pm) during their lobby hours. Great location and relatively friendly people/staff

Crap
Hotel needs complete refurbishment, extreme wear and tear on the furniture fixtures and fittings. Was met by a large Cockroach climbing the wall, smaller Roaches in the bathroom. When I brought to the attention of the front desk clerk, thinking they would at least offer a discount, the clerk responded with indifference. Free breakfast is basically toast and butter, with a waffle station.

Room clean convenient location but keycard touchy
The keycard didn’t work twice. This must be common as I watched him rub the cards very fastidiously each time and clerk volunteered the second time to go to room. The room locks are very old and he had to run the card just right to open the door.

The room was okay had been remodeled a while back, but showed age. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. It was centrally located to our activities. There was a constant smell of cigarette smoke in the room although it was a non-smoking room.

Marijuana smell in the room. I asked to move to a different room and the marijuana smell was terrible as well . Both rooms were dark (not what you see in the website pics). Roaches? Lots of them and big ones by the way. I stayed for three nights and no one went to clean the room. First and last time I stay at any La Quinta hotel.

Horrible customer service, lady in the breakfast area was very rude . Rooms stink really bad and so dirty . The cleaning lady was rude . The only nice person was a very tall men in the front desk , the Spanish men in the front desk was very disrespectful. Very ghetto place .
