Charged for things I didn't get
I was charged twice for breakfast when I only ante there once. I also was charged for a pantry and I never got anything from the pantry. I've tried for two days to get in touch with someone at Hilton to fix it and I'm not getting helped.

Comfortable rooms, no service
I really thought I would love this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. I really liked the design of the room, it even had a closet that was open so you could see what you hung up. It also had a place to open up your suitcase. I saw the sign that they would only make up the room every other day, but it said you could get towels replaced. So I asked at the front desk and they said they would do this. Came back at the end of the day and they had not been in the room. The next day I asked them to confirm that they would make up my room. Again, came back at the end of the day to find no one had entered.

Wife and daughter stayed at the property for a surgery our daughter was having in the area. Daughter said her bed was so squeaky that it kept her awake. Wife said her bed was extremely lumpy and likely needed replaced. They had reservations for 2 nights but because of how uncomfortable the mattresses were decided to come home right after surgery. Pretty disappointing
