Had a terrible two day stay. Don't resort to this hotel unless you must. Do yourself a favor, read this review, save yourself some pain. Attempted to call hotel from airport, no answer. Once there, I figured out why. Although the room was clean when we arrived no housekeeping service of any kind was done to our room during our stay. Desk staff Ryan was rude, cutting off my question by putting his hand up as a non-verbal cue to stop talking and proceeded to talk. We had to wait 40 mins in the lobby before checking in because "the system is backup up". Apparently, they do not have any other process in place to check in guests while their computer system backs up?! Also, interesting observation, the time spent in the lobby trying to get things resolved, not once did I ever hear a front desk phone ring. Night two, front desk is extremely short staffed. Waited for 20 mins to ask location of vending machines, since no water/soda to drink in sight. Line was long with customers wanting fresh towels, why? Lobby floor soaked with pool water, no wet floor signs. Elevator had buttons on each side of elevator car, only buttons on the left could get you down to Ground floor. Room severely outdated! No USB outlets, used laptop, beige land line phone if that tells you anything, locked closet we could not access, so could not hang clothes. Water pressure was miserable! Staff could not give customers directions to part of resort in English. Nor did they have any interest in walking me there.
