Avoid at all costs.
Horribly understaffed, all employees have all been hired within the last 2 weeks. Food service in all restaurants was 45min wait from ordering. Nancy is quite rude. Portions of waterpark would close down unexpectedly for 3-4 hours. Our room had no comforters or blankets. When requesting a refresh for our room we were told ok, then it’ll be 30.00, we agin said ok, but it never happened. The Santa Claus for pictures smelled of alcohol and had a fake beard. After all the complaints and bad service when I requested discounts for poor service in written form to the manager, I have yet to hear a response. This place should be forced out of business. Our 8!yer olds birthday was ruined.

Slightly dissatisfied
Newer facility and rooms, plenty of activities to keep kids busy age 2-16. The service we received from all of the food attendants was definitely sub-par, they’re surely overwhelmed by the volume of guests. Food availability was not the best either 4 different places to eat yet the operating hours were very scattered. We experienced a cleanliness issue with our bed on the first night, it appeared the sheets had not been changed and someone wet the bed prior. This was very disappointing and we brought it to the housekeepings attention, they did change the bed linings but it was still nasty to think about. Other than that we had a good time with the activities not just the waterpark, and will most likely give this resort another try in the future.

Great family vacation location. I enjoyed having everything under one roof. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Food options were limited and sometime a mystery on when the restaurant were open, the website didn’t match what was happening at the resort. Some staff were super helpful and friendly while others (front desk) was less helpful.

Everything was nice and convenient. We had no issues except restaurants and excursions were a little pricey and due to a rain storm, electricity was down and the stores in the areas outside the facility were closed.

What an awesome family little getaway at kartrite amazing patio for the kiddos to play right outside the place was so much fun so much to do the movie for the kids was great after water parks closed. Special shout out to Gloria front desk staff who checked me in when the room was ready I had an issue because I had cash not cards but she helped me and waited patiently for me to get the total funds available for payment she also granted me a small discount wow she really made it happen thank you

Water park was great! Rooms were ok. Only 1 place to eat in the resort and restaurants are 10-15 min away and very spread out.

Versus what was advertised only 1 restaurant opened from Thursday until Sunday and nothing opened on Monday. Majority of what was advertised as in things to do including the option for child care for Saturday evening was not available. Only 1 taxi service for the city which was not reliable which had my wife, 4 year old and I stranded at Walmart trying to get food to have due the limited option to eat at the resort. A employee shared the issue with the taxi service and gave us a ride back. The resort have a shuttle however will only take you to a casino. Besides the water park fun I was very unhappy for the price paid assuming we would have the options as advertised. If you choose this resort you must drive, bring your snacks and beverages to put in your room and refrigerator then if the same occur at least you will not be subjected to a buffet in the morning that only have 4 items and for dinner a fast food bar/restaurant that may close early than scheduled if not enough people are present. Yes they close early while we and another family was sitting at our tables and shared why and we then had to order extra drinks because everything else was closed at 9pm.

Only issue I had with this property was the water park closes too early and the stores in the property also close that the same time! I wish it went to maybe 8-9pm. Thanks
