"The best thing about Hermitage is the cozy bar and Shawn who was friendly and helpful. Lady at the front desk, not so much. Almost never on duty and gives you the look that says, "what do you want? you're bothering me." The food in the restaurant was expensive and mediocre. We only ate dinner there once and won't again. "Belle Mount is a magical place! We absolutely loved the experience. It was raining during our visit which only enriched the pleasure, hearing the rain on the roof and in the forest. We didn't get to use our private pool because the water was freezing during our mid-Jan stay. The room was huge and the outdoor bathroom was very nice.
