"Stayed here with family. Booked a suite. THE GOOD 1. The room was absolutely massive. Haven’t stayed in a bigger room. There were two bathrooms in the room and a very generous size balcony 2. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help out 3. Very near to a mall with a big carrefour and other food outlets like kfc and Burger King 4. No issues finding a taxi near the property. 5. The property was decorated to a very high standard. 6. Convenient and only 5 minutes drive...

"Our room was dated with only 1 plug socket in the whole room and a broken curtain. It was comfortable and quiet though which is great. I want to give the hotel 5 stars as it has so much potential if it just made a little more effort. Tables are dirty in dining area and in bedroom but otherwise it’s a clean place. Location is perfect but swimming pool is like ice water so impossible to use. No one used the pool during our stay and all the guests complained about it. "

"What a wonderful few days spent at Villa Makassar! Samira and Issam at Reception were generous with their time and advice, and available at all times. They made sure that every need was catered for - no request was too big or too small. Zakary was there to greet us with a different delicious breakfast each morning and Ismael was always on hand to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. "When staying at this road you are made to feel at home and part of the family. Rooms are a good size; beds are comfortable and the desk was useful. Breakfast was tasty and they endeavoured to provide foods to suit each guest. Presentation and variety of food was lovely. Great appreciation to Meryam for her kindness during our stay. Also many thanks to Omar was always friendly and attentive. A wonderful location… so handy!! Overall; a great place to stay! "

"We stayed here 2 weeks after the Massive earthquake had hit and caused a lttile damage to the property. There was constant Repair work happening the whole time we were there so constant noise from the Machines and the Workmen there. But the staff were very nice. Very helpful, very friendly and considering what they had to go through 2 weeks previous I can't complain too much about the noise and repair works. Breakfast was very good buffet style with a lot of choice. Nice pool area to sit by...

"I spent one night at this riad and it was a good experience. Super friendly and helpful staff and the place was easy to find (which is not always typical for the riads in the medina). My room was great, super comfortable bed. It’s was very clean although there was some hair from someone else on the bathroom floor. The breakfast was ok, not the dreamy Marocko breakfast that I had hoped for with pancakes, eggs etc but more of a continental style with jams, bread, cream cheese and a little fruit....

"We can't recommend this place enough. From the moment we arrived until the day we reluctantly departed, the team at Riad Kaiss took care of our every need in the most beautiful and boutique of settings. The breakfasts were excellent, our evening meal on arrival was the perfect introduction to Moroccan cuisine and the coffee is some of the best I've ever had.
