Amazing Stay
The staff was super friendly especially Blanca in the morning serving breakfast. She’s extremely attentive in way that isn’t overwhelming and very friendly. All of the front desk staff were very friendly and always said hi. The entire stay was really great. A great area to walk around and see. Lots of restaurants and little places to view.

Great Place to Stay, but Some Things Should Change
I visited for the Plan ₿ Forum, which took place in the Sheraton hotel nearby. My room was small, but I was on my own and traveling light, so I didn't need much. I was very impressed with the quality of the shower, though. The reason why I gave Hotel Citlalli 4 stars instead of 5 is because the water they had in the main lobby was not included in the price (they should add a water dispenser with a large jug in the lobby, so tenets can fill up their water bottles freely), and because the hotel does not accept bitcoin for payments. The staff were amazing, my room was always clean and smelling nice when I returned to it, and the hotel's overall quality was quite good. So if it weren't for having to pay for water, and the fact that they don't accept bitcoin, I would have given 5 stars.
