This place was our last destination and I wish we booked it from the beginning, other than its great location the rooms are very spacious, very very spacious! Our rooms were the 4th floor and the view there was amazing. Would definitely book Ansen again if I ever come back.

Great hotel. This was my second stay and I cannot compliment them enough. Amazing, helpful staff that treats you like one of the own. Great location, lots of coffee shops and pubs nearby, about a 5 minute walk to start of Istiklal. Ibo, our night time concierge and his counterpart in the morning are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are big and clean. Looks a bit more dated than the website pictures but everything is functional. No cold A/C because it is wintertime but we are able to open the windows. Set breakfast is available every morning and can be eaten at the dining hall downstairs or delivered to your room. We would come back and stay in this hotel if we go back to Istanbul!

Place was pretty meh. Rooms were huge and staff was very nice, but it didn’t feel like a hotel at all. The front desk was literally just a desk at the back of a pub. Furniture was very shabby and not in the best condition; hotel had no amenities. Overall the place is fine but for the price there was a lot to be desired.

Great short-stay at the property for 2 adults & 1 infant. They took great care of us by answering a lot of our queries. Our baby stroller was delayed by Turkish Airlines, they spoke with the airlines in Turkish to assist us. Huge Rooms, near isteklal (6 min walk), Galata Tower (15 mins) & metro stop.
