Loved our stay at the Moxy Chelsea NYC. We booked the four‑bunk room and it somehow felt roomy, cozy, and never crowded. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, the hotel was spotless, and the rooftop view was unreal. Plus, the coffee shop had seriously good coffee and danishes that hit the spot every time. Would 100% stay again.

This was a clean, fresh hotel with great location in Chelsea. The bed was great and The rooms were very bright with wall to wall windows, and comfortable. I would have appreciated dual reading lights in bed (only one) and a fan in bathroom. Didn’t appreciate $40 resort fee but $20 is returned in food drink credit.

Great location in midtown NYC in the Chelsea neighborhood. If you’re a visitor to NYC be advised the rooms are VERY small and the bathroom is semi private at best. We were a family of four and booked a 2 double bed room. Two of us are over six feet tall, and did not fit in the beds without curling up our legs at night. Very little room for luggage on floor. No closet. Small sink that is out in open. Translucent panels surround toilet which is awkward at times. On positive side the staff were friendly, the rooms were very quiet, and the second floor lounge was super cool and spacious for visiting and hanging out. Nice coffee shop on first floor. I’m a novice visitor to NYC so my expectations may be off. Next time I’ll look for a hotel with bigger rooms.
