Yes, the building is old and the elevator is slow, but it works. The staff is so friendly. The ocean view room is very spacious and extremely clean. The access to the beach couldn’t be any easier. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The only thing nice about the place was the hotel lobby and its location. Elevator very out of date, felt more safe taking the stairs, room was clean, however , not well maintained. If you want a certain level, stay at a hilton. If you want a special atmosphere, stay here. A bit fallen out of time, this hotel has everything you need for your stay. The rooms are basic, but clean. The receptionist was awesome and really helpful. You stay in a place with patina - and an amazing tacos place as your playground. North beach is surely not for for the typical spring break party animal- nor is this hotel. Thank god! We loved our stay, even if some renovations would be nice.
