Every single front desk employee was top notch beyond helpful. The rooms were just ok and not worth the price or expectation. shower handle was broken spilling water everywhere noticed wear and tear on bed frames, ceiling paint and walls. Patio door very rusted in areas. Their room photos on website are deceiving. Pools are decent and location is evident and accessible to beach and other amenities. Drink and food orders to the Nobu only pool took exceptionally long so went down to order from Ocean Social bar on our own. Server was great just ticket times took too long. Ocean Social was decent first day server was just ok second day server (new person) was amazing. Live music at pool area was smashing! Great vibes. Dinner at Nobu was horrendous. Sat down at 6:15 sashimi did not come out until 7:55pm. Orders were placed wrong staff seemed so confused we had four different people attending to our table and lots of confusion. Thought perhaps still dealing with low staffing issues but manager confirmed not the case. Will never eat at Nobu Miami again. Does not compare to other Nobu locations across the nation/world for that price point.
