The motel was probably built in the 1950’s but both the inside and outside had been maintained very well. The room and bathroom were extremely clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

If you are looking for a modern place with tons of amenities - keep driving. BUT if you are wanting an immaculately clean room with a huge yard for your puppies, book it! Vintage charm and a proprietor who goes beyond to make certain your stay is comfortable. For a light bite, there is a donut shop across the road. More heartier breakfast can be had at nearby Iron Skillet or Cracker Barrel. When in the area, I won’t stay anywhere else.

Clean, Quiet and Retro.
This Inn was spacious, clean and comfortable. It is an old hotel that has owned and maintained this property for 40 Years. The bed gave us a good nights sleep. No doors slamming and very quiet. We stayed here because it was pet friendly. We would stay here again if in the area. Thank you to our hosts who do a great job of maintaining this older hotel.

Very cool vintage motel. Very clean and had everything we needed for a short overnight stay. The owner even left us a handwritten note that she had put ice in the freezer for us.
