The rooms were very small and very noisy; you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, even the phone vibrating. The shower was clogged, but otherwise, the bathroom, bed linen, and so on were all clean. Overall, it wasn’t really cozy. I wouldn’t book it again.

The room I got was tiny. The bathroom tinier, and the faucet problem was not repaired despite my reporting

Hotel is good but the breakfast was elseware. And if you order that at the hotel it was more expensive then you order it directly where you can have you breakfast

Great spot near train station and inner city. Walkable and a coffee shop downstairs. Room interiors were well designed and decorated. Wish it came with a parking voucher for nearest lot though.

Really lovely hotel. With a self checkin system. Te rooms were neat and clean. Really hot though and the artwork was bit creepy. Overall a good stay!

Situated opposite the train and bus station. Handy for local cafe and fast food. Only a 10-15 malk to the center where you find resturants, museums and art galleries, as well as paintings amd litlle object to do with Bosch and his famous painting. A shame there was no lift in the building, but understandable. The rooms were light and well cleaned. Breakfast was provided in Coffee Lab below the building. . A nice stsy.

What guests have to know is the absence of elevator facilities Especially for older people can this give problems

The room was a one bedroom toilet. The bed took up all the room, you needed to crawl on to it as there was not a single inch either side of the bed. Tea and kettle was available, but no sockets to plug the kettle into. Bathroom was laughable, the sink was the tiniest I have ever seen. have photos, but they can't be attached.

Quirky old property . More like a dormitory with separate rooms. Hottest day ever and i had to keep the window open to put outside the pipe from the air-condition unit. Room was clean and comfortable . I don't think worth €108 for one night.

Great location, the room was compact but comfortable. There is no reception desk, no bar or restaurant on site but there is an excellent cafe next door for breakfast and lunch. There is no lift and the stairs are steep so this may be a problem for some guests with heavy luggage or any issues with narrow steep stairs. Self check-in tricky, needed a phone call to the remote reception.

Avoid this hotel. The description omits that there is a VERY steep staircase you must climb with NO elevator. If you have any luggage, you will probably injure yourself. You may injure yourself anyway. This is unacceptable to omit this information. Also, there is no one on-site at the hotel. I called to mention I would need help with getting the luggage up the stairs (I’ve had two back surgeries) and the person answering said she’s 15 minutes away. An employee in the coffee shop next door helped, but they should have SOMEONE onsite. Even “self-serve check-in” hotels typically have SOMEONE on site. I can forgive the closet-sized room and uncomfortable mattress, but the steep stairs with NO warning is inexcusable. The attraction of the hotel is that it’s near the train station so you don’t have to lug luggage across several
blocks. I’d rather do that than lug them up a 45° staircase.

A single person room was sold as a two person room while it was barely big enough for one person. The double bed filled the whole room with just enough space to crawl out to at the end and open the door to the toilet/shower. Fortunately we did not have a suitcase which would not have fitted in.

Was told in an email from the little duck hotel that there was parking under the railway station opposite! This is not true ! The parking is for bicycles only ! You have find alternatives!
Checking in was a pain as it wouldn’t recognise the log in number ! I had to phone up twice to get this process sorted!
Stairs are very steep so for elderly or people not so good on there feet this is dangerous! The carpet on the stairs needs changing as it’s thread bare and falling apart ! We got charged an extra £3;95 and 45 pence currency charge to have the key cards processed!
Room was ok , bathroom was a bit small ! Shower door would hit the sink when you opened it ! Mould on the tiles around the shower base and the door leaked water onto the floor ! Bed was comfortable tho ! Not a bad stay but small improvements wouldn’t go amiss !
