I have stayed in 65 hotels over the past two years, lots of them 5 star. Never have I a had such a good experience as this. My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights in the record high-temp summer-days in July. Every thing was perfect, but what made the difference, was the exceptional professional smiling kind staff. They were always wearing the "yes hat". They go out of their way to make your stay a 5 star experience in a 4 star hotel. Thank you.

Beautiful room, lovely staff, great food. Thoroughly deserves great reviews. My husband has a wheelchair and we were able to get everywhere we needed to - staff happy to get out ramp for the front step which is the only placed it would have been needed. We managed with the step. Parking was off site in a secure and well organised car park. We wanted to stay another night but there was no availability - Bas helped us find alternative and when a cancellation came up for their second hotel in Roermond he helped us with the move, personally helping us with our bags, showing us into our new room. thank you!

Great little place
We love the Dux. We have stayed here 3 or 4 separate times when we've been in the area and it's the best place. If I had one thing that seems not to be up to their usual standard, it would be the quality of the towels. They are not the best quality which seems unusual for the Dux.

Interesting boutique hotel
The hotel room was really spacious, bathroom was nicely divided by a sliding door. Double sinks, shower and WC separated by glass doors. Unique decor, clean wooden-type floors not covered by old smellie carpets. Mini bar was included - a rare pleasure!
