I do not recommend this hostel, it is crap. The staff are extremely racist. I just spoke to a white woman in the room and the staff came and threatened me and warned me that they were going to call the police. They put me in another room where I was alone until the end of my stay. Because I am a black person. I will not return to this hostel.

Shower recess on 1st floor has no curtain or door, no holder for the shower head nor hooks for towels or clothing. Toilet seat is fidgety to make stay up. One can though go to the 2nd floor that at least has the door and the holder. The kitchen equipment was just OK. These are the only reasons for 3-star rating. Also, I've noticed this and some other hostels I stayed at in İstanbul claim to have laundry facility. That's mostly belying as they are just laundromats nearby. You have to clarify that with the hostel if you want on-site laundry.

I wish I could post pictures of the bathroom here. So disgusting. There was hair everywhere. The toilet seat and flush was broken. There was water all over the floor. At night, it is hot, stuffy and noisy. There is moist smell when you sleep. I was given a locker but it was taken by someone else and i had my valuables in the open. If you have some extra money go somewhere else. I think for 5$ more you can get a decent Airbnb with a room and washroom to yourself. Never again
