AMAZING!
It’s a nice place, with nice people, really close to bars, 10min walking to the zoo, bus stations around. You’ll be able to meet people from all over the globe! I’d like to stay there again when I go back to DC to visit the places that’s I couldn’t this time.

Exceptional 10,0
Sweet spot in DC with a staff (except for one) that are memorable in their assisting travelers. LUX bedding, descently quiet in sleeping areas, Excellent kitchen with a little dancing around when the area gets tight...plenty of charm in two sitting areas, and lots of outdoor space spread over a sidewalk patio to see all of Adams Morgan right out the door.

Nice and warm place to stay , A bit far to center
Everything was good except no bathroom downstairs. Pillow is a bit small but ok. Safe place to stay. A bit far away from the museum and national hall area

Good 6,0
Not bad but not as good as it's rating suggests
Staff is good and very helpful. The building interior could use some upgrades and deep cleaning. They provide a comforter/duvet type blanket which I found to be too hot, I would prefer a top sheet. The bathrooms are clean but need hooks to hang towels/clothes. The showers have low water pressure which probably why they mounted the showerheads very high. The surrounding neighborhood business district is dirty with lots of panhandlers and "homeless" people (mentally ill/drug addicts). Watch out for rats scurrying around the sidewalks at night.
