Warning Stay away.
Firstly, the hotel is old and very worn out. They have tried to renovate, but as seen in the attached picture, it has gone completely wrong. Secondly, it is unbelievably noisy. I could hardly tell whether the window to the street was open or closed. Thirdly, the hotel had an ATM in the lobby. One day, I was in a hurry and used it. I withdrew 1000 reais (172 dollars) which had a slightly high fee, but fair enough. However, what they don't tell you until you see it on your account is that they give such a bad exchange rate that it cost me 60 dollars just on the exchange rate alone. A hotel that allows a company to deceive its guests in this manner should be avoided; it says everything about their attitude towards us as guests. Well the app isn't working right, I can't attach the picture. That's a shame.

Foi uma estadia curta mas suficiente para notarmos situações desagradáveis. Quarto e banheiro muito pequenos, toalhas de rosto insuficientes, limpeza do banheiro a desejar, após o checkout pedimos para deixar duas malas pequenas durante nosso almoço e não nos foi permitido, elevador com botão do 2o andar estragado.

Limpeza precária, o piso nunca estava limpo. A cama de casal é péssima. Eles juntam 2 camas de solteiro uma mais alta que a outra para fazer cama de casal e fica super desnivelado! Horrível! O ar condicionado não funciona e ninguém faz nada para arrumar. Aa fotos do anúncio mostram que tem piscina, mas não tem piscina! Sumiu uma calça minha que estava muito bem guardada, um absurdo! Tento contato com o hotel e simplesmente não existe atendimento em nenhum dia! Tento contato desde antes da reserva, mas realmente não existe telefone, não existe contato! Há apenas 2 atendentes para check in e check out e o hotel fica caótico com pessoas esperando para serem atendidas. Único elogio é o chuveiro bom e elogio a atenção do senhor Lima, que me prestou suporte quando tive mal estar. De resto, nada positivo.

Péssima experiencia! Chegamos na sexta no hotel e nos acomodaram em um quarto que mal conseguíamos passar de um lado ao outro da cama de tão pequeno e o ar condicionado não gelava, quarto muito quente, mais de 30º bi Rio e sem ar condicionado! nos mudaram de quarto 3 vezes na chegada ao hotel por conta do ar, os 3 que passamos não funcionava o ar. No ultimo, o ar era só vento e tivemos que ficar nesse quarto pq o hotel estava lotado. Somente no outro dia fomos alocados em um quarto "decente" com ar condicionado. Os funcionários do hotel sabiam dos problemas no ar e mesmo assim seguem disponibilizando para reservas como se estivesse tudo normal. Todos o quartos que passamos tinham marcas de mofo, bolhas de umidade na parede, e barulho de agua pingando no banheiro o tempo todo mesmo com tudo fechado. Café da manhã de baixa qualidade, suco péssimo e acompanhamentos para o pão (molho de salsicha, ovos, etc.) todos MUITO salgados e café com gosto de queimado. Os funcionários do hotel educados e com boa intenção de ajudar, mas não resolveram o problema na chegada.
