The hotel is clean and has everything we need for our first night in Lisbon. We were able to park in the Telepark indoor parking garage about a 5-10 minute walk up the street. It was a perfect place for our first day here after a long day of traveling. Ines speaks fluent English and was helpful.

Great experience at Casas de Sao Bento. Place is even nicer than the photos suggest, very well stocked, modern, clean and lovely service. Only stayed one night but would make a good base for any length stay. Places are walkable or cheap Uber/taxi easy to get.

Amazing hotel!! Excellent location!! The room was beautiful!! Even better than on the pictures!! Inès at the desk was so friendly and helpful. She suggested restaurants and places to go for drinks. There is like a common space with a fridge and coffee and tea and stuff. Perfect, perfect, perfect!! We only stayed one night because it was at the end of our trip on our way back to Canada but we would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommend that hotel without hesitation.
