Never to return
Room floors are filthy, water was in the bathroom floor, used bath mat to wipe up, absolutely filthy. These floors haven’t been moped forever. After room service we weren’t given a replacement bath mat. The breakfast room ran out of coffee at 8am, seriously??. The woman at checkout was not friendly and mentioned it was the end of her shift, very apparent. No water available in the room, nor in the lobby except for purchase. The breakfast attendant on 4/6/22 was very friendly and conscientious.

Lost reservation
Went to checkin and our reservation was lost. The front desk staff was unable to help. They said the hotels.com confirmation number does nothing in their system, it would have to be a Hampton confirmation number. She suggested we call hotels.com but said they were sold out anyways so it would not secure us a room. We went elsewhere for the night. I do feel like the front desk staff tried to help, she looked through all the reservations and apologized. It seemed to be a system failure between hotels.com and Hampton.

Friendly staff and great complimentary breakfast. Terrible shower with low water pressure and very slippery floor with no bathmat. We just ended up using all our towels on the floor.
