The room was great and was actually pretty large for a hotel room in midtown. However, the check-in process was extremely slow, with one person working at the front desk. Be prepared for paper envelopes in a filing system and actual keys, unlike most hotels. That was totally fine for us, just a unique situation not having a computer on hand to assist with check-in. One person working the check-in desk at check-in time made it worse.

Great stay! A couple blocks from Empire State and all the main sites in the city. In room heater made it so nice to set our own temperature during cold weather. Nice clean bathroom, kitchen with dishes, a pull out table all made this very convenient. On check out day we were able to store our luggage at the reception which was so helpful. Overall highly recommend this cute nyc apartment!! We stayed there with our kids and it was very safe and kid friendly.

I was with my family for a weekend, and staying here was the best thing we did, it's close to everything, you can walk to the Empire State, to the Summit to Times Square, it's close to everything, the girl at the reception super friendly and the apartment very clean, it had everything you could need. The space was perfect, we were 5 people and it was enough, thank you Empire Apartment, I will return
