The pond room is good for two people for a short stay, 2 nights I think. Id staying longer you will need a bigger room.

Nice place but no hot water

We arived at the hotel at 1230pm for a 3pm check in. The hotel wanted $95 per hour early check in fee. We sat in the lobby until 2pm and they finally checked us in. We stayed 4 nights and never had hot water. Needless to say I developed a bad cold. One night we had no a/c and it was fixed the foolwing day. The plus was the free buffet. It was decent salt fish, bake, eggs and fruit. The staff was actually very nice and one lady went out of her way to help when my son had an allergic reaction.

Nice property - could do with a bit of a facelift but still in keeping with the area. The staff were excellent and very helpful. We arrived before the 3 pm check in time so they gave us a drink and arranged for us to go to the beach on the hotel shuttle until check in time.

Sheppards Inn provided a serene sanctity with every modern convenience and appeal while keeping its cottage charm.its the perfect place to relax to dine to wade about in the pool and if youre in the mood to splash in the beaches its within walking distance or they do have a friendly shuttle service 😀

There was a leak in the bathroom floor. The night light outside shone directly in my face as I was in bed because the shades at the large windows did not come all the way down. They were either broken or just too short. The room was pretty small.

Our stay was incredible! The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was delicious, the internet was reliable. However.... The blinds for our room wasn't quite private. I think its because the ambience of the hotel is more of a rustic & cabin like setting. Also the lighting in the bedroom could've been better in terms of getting dressed and taking pics infront the mirror (mirror selfie). Nonetheless I would definitely visit again and because its so close to other facilities and other beaches I would recommend.

The front desk staff were amazing, I had left some of my personal items in a locker at store bay overnight, she took me back to Store Bay to collect the items and then took me back to the airport in time to catch me flight. I’ll definitely be staying here on my next visit to Tobago

Excellent stay. Hotel is clean. Reception is helpful. Breakfast is delicious! Only two issues breakfast was never on time during our stay if you are an early morning person. Would have loved a night stand next to the bed. Will return to stay at this location in future.

The location of the property is awesome. It's clean, the surroundings are well kept and there is a general air of relaxation about the place. However, the food at the restaurant was horrible and the wifi is trash. I had to hot spot my laptop from my phone to be able to do any productive work.
