The hotel room was filthy and in a rough part of town. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the beds were uncomfortable, with sheets that felt like they had plastic in them. We had a suite with a mini kitchenette but the compressor in the fridge kept kicking on all night and sounded like a jack hammer in the room. We were on the 24th floor and the ambulance sirens were so loud all night, they sounded like they were in the room with us. We only had 2 towels in a room that was intended for up to six people and there were no linens for the pull out couch. When i tried calling the front desk, the phone kept cutting me off and disconnecting the call. I did meet some housekeepers in the hallway when I headed to the front desk who were very kind and got me some extra towels. The breakfast was not good! The "scrambled eggs" and sausage were super dried out and the oatmeal had no flavor. There was only enough batter for about 3/4 of a waffle for my daughter. The lady who was attending the buffet was very kind and did her best to help, but they were busy and she was over worked. I did use the workout room, which was decent and had water and hand towels, which was nice. They would only give us one key card (even when asked for 2) which was problematic because you had to use it to operate the elevator which meant we couldn't separate afte b-fast to send some people back up to the room to start getting ready. The valet service was nice for $50 a night, but there weren't other options.
