Beautiful resort with fantastic food (breakfast is outstanding) and very friendly staff. Cleanliness must improve especially in the rooms. A special thank to JA the receptionist who was always checking on us to make sure we were satisfied.
Really nice Hotel, stayed in Thai Village area - very nice, pretty and private. Accommodation was individual Cottages with seperate upstairs/downstairs Accommodation with patio/balcony. Nice pool very close and never crowded. Being across road from Main Hotel /Breafast / Beach and other pool - never a problem, with Securitas Guards always on duty to stop the traffic. Hotel very close to Restaurants and shops +beach bars/restaurants . Staff very, very friebpdlynand always helpful - a really credit to the Overall a very very nice 8 night stay

The Amari Koh Samui is a little slice of quiet along Chewang Beach. There was a variety of foods for breakfast - actually, all of the food that I had there (including dinner at Prego) was delicious. I would highly recommend staying there.

Greatly impressed by its facilities when checking in, and its overall encounters were good for the staff's warm welcoming. There were wide choice of food for the breakfast buffet. The two swimming pools on both sides of the hotel were highlights, and the gardens were beautiful. The room service can be said as satisfying, as the cleanliness of the room is at a high standard. However, on the 2nd day, when ciming back around 3:30pm, the room hadn't been tidied up. I understand that there is a schedule for each hotel, but it didn't meet traveller's expectations at such a grand hotel. In the third morning, I casually dropped too much toilet papers into the flush toilet. After having my breakfast, I notified the staff at the counter and mentioned that I could not use the toilet (though I had finished usingit and was ready to go out), hoping that acion would be immediately taken. When I was back to my room around 1pm, I was surprised that nothing had been done. Coincidentally, the housekeeper came to my room, but she didn't know about the situation. And I thanked her for helping me solve the problem within a short period of time and for being polite and nice. However, my early notification to the staff seemed unheard or unrecognized. I give a full account of the incidents simply in the hope of seeing ongoing improvement made by the hotel, and I am sure they can do it. Thanks~ Daniel
Incredible place. Built to western standards. Customer service through the roof. Expensive, but the kind of place where you get whatever you want taken care of for you.
