Linda vista, pero si necesitas bajar y subir maletas es horrible, es pura escalera, además me dijeron que debía Hacer check out un día y yo sin revisar me confundieron y perdí una noche allá y tuve que pagar otra en río, llame y no me dieron solución

Außer Aussicht hat nichts mit dem bildern zu tun, sogar eine andere pousada... wir mussten 95% mehr zahlen um eine anständiges zimmer in der richtige pousada zu bekommen... finger weg... nur wegen Aussicht lohnt es sich nicht...

Recomendo procurar outro local
Pousada com conforto razoável, quartos descuidados e café da manhã bem limitado e uma vista bonita. Vale ressaltar porém a situação que vivi que demonstra total despreparo e malandragem dos administradores: Escolhi essa pousada pois tinha um casamento no Hotel Insólito que fica muito próximo e pq chegaria no horário do casamento. Além disso, minha esposa está grávida de 8 meses e escolhi um quarto luxo para que ela tivesse total conforto e não precisasse subir/descer escadas Ao chegar na pousada nos informaram que nosso quarto não estaria disponível com a desculpa de problemas hidráulicos e nos enviaram para um outro local informando que seria um anexo com quartos nas mesmas condições. Mentira, o novo local era uma outra pousada que o acesso era por uma ladeira, muitas escadas e os quartos pareciam um muquifo. Nos recusamos a ficar lá e cobramos uma solução. Os funcionários que nos atenderem eram completamente despreparados. Depois de muito reclamar, ela nos propôs ir para uma outra pousada próxima porém teríamos que pagar a diária. Que ajuda é essa? Não aceitei. Nesse momento descobri, que mesmo sabendo de toda a situação e que nos colocariam num quarto inabitável, a pousada fez a cobrança em meu cartão de crédito no valor de um quarto luxo, SEM MINHA AUTORIZAÇÃO. Enfim, após muita briga e perder o horário do nosso casamento, conseguiram um quarto na pousada inicial porém Standard,ainda nos falaram que estavam usando o quarto de um próximo hóspede que ainda chegaria.

Hotel com bela vista e boa infra.
Não ficamos no Apua Ferradura pois fomos trocados para o Apuã Boutique hotel na mesma localidade (apesar de ter feito a reserva para o Ferradura, o mesmo estava lotado). O Apuã Ferradura é muito bonito e com uma bela vista da praia. Não vimos os quartos, mas a julgar pelas dependências o hotel parece ótimo. No que ficamos (Apuã Boutique) tinha recém inaugurado e algumas coisas ainda estavam sendo reformadas, inclusive o quarto em que ficamos. Porem o hotel é muito bonito e a vista, fantástica.

Acorde cedo para tomar café da manhã
Os hospedes que gostam de degustar um bom café da manhã antes de ir para a praia devem acordar BEM CEDO, pois os alimentos do café da manhã não são repostos (mesmo sendo solicitado aos funcionários). Nenhum dia consegui comer pão de queijo (e isso que pedi 2x).... O omelete estava sempre frio... E pegue seu croissant o mais rápido possível, pois não tem muitos.... Escolha um quarto que tenha acesso ao Wi-fi. O quarto número 1 não tem acesso a rede, além de ter um ninho de formigas próximo, e a porta da sacada não fechar completamente.

Gostei do hotel ! no quarto premium, o ar condicionado ficava gelando a cama e sem comando de direcionar o vento. A roupa de cama sai do colchão e vc acorda sobre ele. Mas o local é agradável e tem um bom café da manhã. Voltaria a ficar. Mas não é tudo o que falam.

Lugar muito lindo e tranquilo!
Great place! Stayed here for a weekend and had a great time. The view of Praia Ferradura is amazing, and the rooms are great. The staff are super helpful and friendly, breakfast is very good, and we were welcomed with caipirinhas. The layout of the place is also very comfortable and cool. We would definitely stay here next time we are in Buzios.

Pousada muito boa na região mais calma de Búzios
Pousada nova e de alto padrão, mas precisa ainda concluir alguns detalhes e ficar mais atenta na manutenção dos equipamentos (ex: ar condicionado fazia uma poça de água atrás da cama, porta de madeira da varanda com trinco arrebentado de forma que ela ficava batendo com ventania). Estacionamento muito pequeno. Café da manhã muito bom.
