A lovely place to stay

Stayed one night here and it was lovely. The building is beautifully decorated and is clearly looked after by the owners. Our room was bright and decorated in keeping with the age of the building. We had a drink in the bar and sat in the living area which was very nice. Breakfast the next morning was freshly cooked and plentiful. The staff are lovely and would definitely stay again if we were back in the area.

Really nice place to stay, the room I had was also huge. The service was very friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had.

Really liked the hotel architecture and grounds. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast options for vegans. Quiet and comfortable setting. Some of the furniture in the room could do with an upgrade as some tired and stained. Bathroom could be a bit cleaner around taps and shower basin.

A good location for seeing Shropshire from, park & ride for Shrewsbury is only a short drive, Attingham National Trust is also within easy reach. We look forward to returning again.
