Our room was spacious, spotless, and well set up for a family stay, which made everything feel easy and relaxed. The staff were exceptional: genuinely friendly, attentive, and especially thoughtful with our little one. Dining was excellent, with great options and flexibility for families, and the grounds were stunning even in winter, perfect for walks. A truly luxurious but family-friendly hotel. Wife’s 41st Birthday treat.

The hotel was lovely, the glasshouse is very nice with good cocktails and snacks. Had the best massage ever with a Thai lady called Joe. Hotel could do with modernising in the hall ways but apart from that stunning. We will return in the summer with the children next time.
