Nossa estadia foi ótima. A pousada fica em Capivari, mas um pouco afastada do centro, numa parte bem tranquila e silenciosa do bairro, com uma visão belíssima do Morro do Elefante. O diferencial da pousada é a disponibilidade de um transfer gratuito para o Centro da cidade, a disposição o dia todo, além da máquina de chocolate quente como cortesia. Quando voltarmos para Campos, com certeza ficaremos na Matsubara

Tivemos uma experiência excelente! Fomos muito bem atendidos por todos os funcionários que tivemos contato. Bom café da manhã e ainda tem o transfer que leva a gente pra vila Capivari e depois busca para voltarmos pra hospedagem.

Me hospedei nesse hotel por 3 dias e a experiência foi positiva só não estou dando 5 estrelas porque quando cheguei por volta das 14:00 horas pra fazer o check in não tinha ninguém na recepção para nos atender tivermos que esperar uns 15 minutos até um senhor aparecer no local mais sim eu voltaria a me hospedar com certeza café da manhã é bem completo !

É a terceira vez que fico nesta pousada. Quartos amplos, cama super confortável, café da manhã muito bom. Tem serviço de tranfer disponível até às 22h que ajuda muitíssimo. Houve um de atraso de 1h no meu check-in mas foi justificado pela acomodação. Adoro esta pousada. É bem tranquila e vale muito a pena. Sou frequentadora assídua de Campos, e esta pousada é uma das minhas preferidas.

O hotel é bom. Quarto espaçoso, cama boa, o banheiro poderia ser melhor, deveriam fazer uma reforma. O café da manha é fraco, bem simples. O que me incomodou foi o barulho do gerador de energia solar, ele começa a funcionar as 8 horas da manhã e faz um barulho, que me acordava todo dia neste horario. Para quem quiser dormir até mais tarde, tem este problema.
