Technically this is a good value apartment but the Iranian man looking after the property does not launder the sheets but instead uses a clothes lint roller to remove previous occupant's hairs... Found lots of human hairs on my sheets. It was also locked when I arrived

The apartment was really nice and clean, the owner and the cleaning lady as well. Quiet position and near by metro, buses, restaurants and clubs. Only negative point the area is under renovation and the building of the propriety too, also if I have to say it was not noicy

Loved our stay at Istanbul Hub Flats, I was hesitant to stay at a hotel in Taksim as I read in reviews (of other hotels) that it is too loud at night but our hotel was quiet and peaceful. Beautiful room with small kitchen and everything was clean. There were stairs (already mentioned in the description) but the guy who checked us in helped with the luggage. The only drawback was the street was too steep and there were cars parked on both ends at all times so the taxi had to stop at the end of the street, a bit of inconvenience.
