Great vacation stay

Had a great stay at this inn. The inn was absolutely spotless from the common area to the rooms! The Breakfast each morning was amazing, a perfect start before hitting the trails of Acadia. The front desk ladies were beyond helpful especially when I made a error and cutting my reservation a day short They were able to find me a room though they were about at capacity! I would not hesitate to highly recommend this inn to friends and family.

We had a great stay and could not recommend this Inn more! It was so cute, well maintained with super cozy bed/bedding, a welcoming and comfortable common area and delicious breakfast. The staff are very friendly and though we only stayed one night it was wonderful and we hope to be back again!

Our stay at The Inn on Mount Desert was lovely. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and the staff is helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was made to order from the days selections and the blueberry pancakes were delicious. The inn is within walking distance to many restaurants and the waterfront. We will be back!

We had a great stay

I brought my 2 young children and the staff were friendly and very helpful, especially our check in. We stayed 2 nights. The room and bathroom were clean. We appreciated the fridge and microwave with kids traveling. We enjoyed the pool table one afternoon. It is so close to everything. The breakfast is fresh made and it is option A or option B and it changed each day. Delicious and fine for me, my kids are picky, but I was prepared for that (fridge again). The beds were much softer than I like, but that's my issue.

Best stay ever

I’ve never felt so good about a hotel before. Nothing but good things to say. The only bad thing was I never wanted to leave the room because the bed was so comfortable. The staff was so sweet. My girlfriend and i have been traveling a lot, and have had a lot of hotels but by far this was the best one we’ve ever stayed at and would 100% come here every time we come back to bar harbor. Instead of room numbers they have the names of ponds, Overall very quiet, with a game room, super fancy breakfast, etc. if this place had a pool i’d move in honestly.
