Strict check in policy
Great location, easy access to/from airport. Clean facility. My only complaint was that they are strict on check in time. They asked for estimated arrival time so they can “prepare for your arrival”. However, if you arrived early, you still can’t check in even if there were available beds (and there were because I checked). When you just arrived tired from an 16hr flight from the states, you just want to sleep for a few hours and I arrived at 10am. Even though their check in was not until 3pm, most places will let you check in if they have available rooms/beds. I understand check in time is 3pm but most hostels and hotels all around the world will let you check in if they have available room. Again, why bother asking for ETA from guests when you are strict on your check in time? Also, please note that reception closes around 6pm so you cannot check in late either. Lobby was not comfortable to sit and rest for a few hours. Other than that, staff was nice and rooms/bathrooms were very clean.

Sweaty musty Unclean
This place is dirty. Make no mistake. The furniture has been sweated on by hundreds of people and has the marks to show. It stinks. The beds are ok for an average size person, Im 5.10 and I just made it. The dorms are dark night and day, There are no window or lights except for your little cube lights. The tv is a good concept but no one that I saw, used it and furthermore the big headphones got in the way as there was nowhere to place them except for on your bed. Breakfast included a sandwich with the most minute amount of filling I have ever seen so basically it was 2 slices of bread and flavor! Now, lets get to the bathrooms. They are the most vile thing that you ever smelled in your life!! The girls bathroom had no ventilation and the most disgusting bath mats harbored bacteria and musty odor beyond words. The upstairs bathroom at least had ventilation but just as bad. You have to go there to smell it just to believe it. The shower was with the toilet so on every single toilet visit the seat was soaked and my pant legs got wet. Socks were not an option. Staff were very nice, and wifi was excellent! I cannot recommend this place.

Bed is extra large for a capsule hotel, pillow softness/firmness is just right, making sleeping very comfortable. It’s also the first capsule I get a flat screen with Netflix and a beat studio headset. Bed area is nicely dark always so you’re never disturbed by light. Universal power port on the wall. Electronic wristband removes the problem of forgetting your keycard somewhere. Bedsheet could be cleaner though. And bathrooms are always wet. The door to the bathroom area is also very heavy it can get dangerous and hit your feet if you move away too slowly when it shuts. Lastly what makes this feel like a five star hotel is the staff team. Encountered three of them in three different occasions; all super eager to please the guests. Friendliest Singaporeans I have met. I will come back despite the little cons I mentioned above.

Bathrooms not great, but amazing location
The location is the best part, just a block from Chinatown MRT station. Many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable but the room can be noisy based on other guests. The lockers below the bed are very loud to open and close so felt bad accessing them late at night. The biggest downside was the bathrooms. The shower and toilet are right next to each other in a small stall, so the floor was always wet. Would probably not return because of this. There is a laundry service for $12SGD and they sell discounted tickets for area attractions. Be aware they don’t accept credit cards - have to pay via PayPal with small surcharge if you don’t want to pay cash.

Great stay!
Hostel was very clean and staffs were accommodating. Free breakfast was good. Situated in Chinatown which I felt location was great and super convenient. You do get a lot of privacy with the capsule however I did find it hard to meet people. The female room was kind of too dark. Overall I did enjoy my stay here and would definitely stay here again.
